What are you studying?

Lauryn is an honors student majoring in health and human physiology and minoring in Spanish. 

What are your plans for the future?

I plan on attending med school in the future. 

Why did you get into research?

I got into research to make the most of the opportunities that college presented me with, and to learn more about the research that takes place regarding cancer and to gain lab experience. 

What do you do outside of research?

Outside of research I am on the development committee for Dance Marathon and volunteer at the UI hospital.
